Chief Executive Officer
Naudé is a founder of Linebooker and the Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed to the position in March 2019.
He has held several senior positions within the logistics and supply chain industry prior to his appointment at Linebooker.

Chief Operating Officer
Nick is the Chief Operating Officer and a founder of Linebooker.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in the South African logistics and supply chain sector.

JULIUS SCHOEMAN
Chief Financial Officer
Julius is the Chief Financial Officer of Linebooker. Julius was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of Linebooker in August 2018.
- He started his career at Rolls-Royce in London, UK, as Management Accountant and Group Financial Accountant.
- On his return to South Africa he took up a position as Business Development and Planning Manager (focused on strategy) at Phillip Morris.

Managing Director
Hugo is the Managing Director for Linebooker and based in Johannesburg. He was appointed in February 2020.
He has held several senior positions within the FMCG and Chemical Logistics and Supply Chain industries prior to his appointment at Linebooker.
- Head of Logistics and Supply Chain in Africa for BASF, the world’s largest chemical company, where his team was awarded the BASF Global Supply Chain award for Innovation.

General Manager
Ruan is the General Manager for Linebooker. He was appointed in September 2020.
He has held several managerial positions within the logistics industry prior to his appointment at Linebooker, and has significant experience in the road transport and logistics environments of South Africa and Africa.

- Part of a Greenfields team that established a Logistics solution in West Africa (Nigeria)
HENDRIK VAN DER WALT
Chief Technology Officer
Hendrik has been driving technology at Linebooker since September 2019 and was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer in January 2021.
He has been engaged in software development throughout his career, with most of his prior experience in the gaming, telecoms and education industries.

Linebooker started operations in February 2017, and is majority-owned by African Rainbow Capital, whose chairman, Dr Patrice Motsepe, is also co-chair of African Rainbow Minerals. This partnership was forged in addition to a simultaneous investment by Venturen, which also plays an active strategic role via its board participation.
